Our story: quality and sustainability
Since the early 1900s, for more than three generations, Giovanni Pasquariello Farm, located in Carapelle, in the heart of the Tavoliere delle Puglie—an area known as the “5 Reali Siti”—has stood for tradition, quality and respect for the land.
Specialised in the cultivation and marketing of traditional Apulian vegetables, the farm mainly produces asparagus, fennel, broccoli, courgettes and cauliflowers, combining long-standing agricultural know-how with modern, sustainable techniques.
Our crops extend over approximately 80 hectares, supported by a 5,000 m² operations centre equipped with a warehouse, cold rooms and state-of-the-art processing lines, ensuring freshness and quality at every stage of the supply chain.
Certified GlobalG.A.P., GRASP and Organic, Pasquariello operates two production lines:
- Organic farming
- Integrated, eco-sustainable farming
Every phase of the production cycle, from transplanting to harvesting, is closely monitored with accurate checks and carried out by highly qualified staff, with full respect for the environment and consumer health.
