Our company cultivates 20 hectares of San Marzano tomatoes on a rotational basis, using both organic and conventional farming methods. The land—naturally suited to this crop—and the area’s climate allow us to obtain fruit with a high Brix level, a sign of a natural concentration of sugars, intense flavor, and firm flesh.
San Marzano is one of the most recognizable and appreciated tomatoes in the Italian tradition: elongated, with few seeds and a thin skin, it is known for its balance of sweetness and acidity. It’s no coincidence that it features in so many simple preparations—just think of a bruschetta with warm bread, olive oil, and fresh tomato.
