Green asparagus

Green asparagus is the flagship spring product of Pasquariello Farm. Grown in the 5 Reali Siti area, it features distinctive organoleptic qualities that make it stand out for its excellent quality.

Since 2020, asparagus has also been grown organically, using innovative techniques such as sub-irrigation and flame weeding to control weeds.
